Establish modern study rooms and hybrid libraries in Goa's talukas

Partial. The promise requires modern study and library facilities in multiple talukas with both physical books and digital resources. A January 2026 Assembly reply confirms implementation of a project for libraries for children and adolescents with digital infrastructure in Sattari taluka. Four existing libraries at Mauxi, Poriem, Cortorem and Usgao-Ganjem were taken up for renovation, while new facilities were planned at Honda, Bhironda and Morlem. The Usgao-Ganjem facility was reported completed and the remaining renovation works were under implementation. This constitutes meaningful delivery of modern digitally enabled library infrastructure. However, the confirmed facilities are concentrated in one taluka, and no approved evidence establishes equivalent hybrid study rooms across different talukas, or complete access to all the specified journals, newspapers, magazines and data portals.
