Pending. The promise is to provide inpatient facilities in every Primary Health Centre in Goa. The DHS Citizen Charter 2024 records 24 PHCs, of which only 12 have attached hospitals with 12 to 42 beds. The remaining 12 PHCs are non-bedded and provide only outpatient services. It separately lists the PHCs where inpatient departments are not functioning. Although individual PHC construction and upgradation projects have been undertaken, no approved evidence confirms inpatient facilities in all PHCs or equivalent universal PHC-level hospitalisation capability. Status pending.
