Partial. The commitment contains a clear numerical target of 40 Jan Aushadhi Kendras across Goa. Official Union government data recorded 10 functional Kendras in Goa as of February 28, 2022, shortly before the election. The corresponding official data as of February 28, 2026 records 18 Kendras in Goa. The increase from 10 to 18 represents meaningful expansion of access to affordable generic medicines, but the state remains 22 Kendras below the promised total of 40. No state-specific allocation for achieving the 40-Kendra target was identified. Status partial.
