“We will form an SIT in the first session of the Delhi Assembly to hold AAP-DA accountable for pollution, covering the failure to clean the Yamuna despite spending thousands of crores and the failure to reduce air pollution in Delhi.”
Mixed. Pollution and the Yamuna are under active government action — a CAG performance audit on vehicular air pollution was among the reports tabled in the first session, the Assembly held a special discussion on environment and pollution (winter session, January 2026), an Air Pollution Mitigation Plan was launched in 2025, and Yamuna rejuvenation is being pursued (NGT High-Level Committee, a Union Home Minister-chaired Haryana–Delhi–UP review). But there is no confirmation that a dedicated "pollution SIT" to hold the previous government accountable was formally constituted in the first session, as worded. Marked partial.
Delhi Assembly announces a special discussion on environment and pollution with scientific reports and a 20-year review.

We will prioritise the filling of all the vacant positions for judges in the district and sessions courts.
We will create a special fund to improve judicial infrastructure — upgrading court buildings, increasing chambers, expanding fast-track, commercial and family courts and Lok Adalats, providing smart libraries and facilities for lawyers and staff, and launching dedicated fellowships for law graduates from SC, ST, EWS and OBC communities.
