“We will set up an SIT under the chairmanship of a retired judge of the Delhi High Court to conduct a time-bound investigation of the Mohalla Clinic scam, focusing on the deplorable condition of Mohalla clinics despite spending crores annually, and the 65,000 fake lab tests conducted in Mohalla Clinics.”
Investigations active, specific instrument unconfirmed. The promise was an SIT under a retired Delhi High Court judge to investigate the Mohalla Clinic matter (clinic conditions and alleged fake lab tests). The "fake tests" allegations are under a CBI probe recommended by the Lieutenant Governor, and the CAG report on health services was tabled and discussed in the Assembly, but there is no confirmation that the specific retired-judge SIT was constituted. All matters remain allegations under investigation. Marked partial.
Assembly discusses the tabled CAG report on public-health services from the previous term.

We will prioritise the filling of all the vacant positions for judges in the district and sessions courts.
We will create a special fund to improve judicial infrastructure — upgrading court buildings, increasing chambers, expanding fast-track, commercial and family courts and Lok Adalats, providing smart libraries and facilities for lawyers and staff, and launching dedicated fellowships for law graduates from SC, ST, EWS and OBC communities.
