“We will increase the scope of the CM helpline and regularly organise good governance drives and camps. In addition, we will also organise CM camps in every ward for effective grievance redressal of public problems.”
Substantially delivered. The government upgraded its public-grievance system (the CM Jan Sunwai portal, with online complaint tracking and feedback) and runs weekly "Jan Sunwai" grievance camps every Saturday across all revenue districts, attended by District Magistrates, cabinet ministers, MLAs, councillors and officials from the MCD, Delhi Police, power companies and 18+ departments, held at community centres and public halls as well as offices. The core promise — expanded grievance access plus regular good-governance camps — is operational; the literal "camp in every ward" granularity is not independently confirmed. Marked fulfilled.
At the 100-day milestone the government showcases its public-grievance camps and portal upgrade.

We will prioritise the filling of all the vacant positions for judges in the district and sessions courts.
We will create a special fund to improve judicial infrastructure — upgrading court buildings, increasing chambers, expanding fast-track, commercial and family courts and Lok Adalats, providing smart libraries and facilities for lawyers and staff, and launching dedicated fellowships for law graduates from SC, ST, EWS and OBC communities.
