“We will present the CAG report, which was withheld by AAP-DA, in the first session of the Legislative Assembly.”
Delivered. The new government tabled the 14 pending CAG reports — withheld during the previous term — in the first session of the eighth Legislative Assembly (25 February 2025), including the report on the 2021-22 excise policy (a flagged revenue loss of about ₹2,026 crore) and a report on public-health services. The Delhi High Court had earlier observed that the non-tabling of these reports was a breach of constitutional and statutory obligations.
The 14 pending CAG reports are tabled in the first session of the new Assembly, including the excise-policy and health-services reports.

We will prioritise the filling of all the vacant positions for judges in the district and sessions courts.
We will create a special fund to improve judicial infrastructure — upgrading court buildings, increasing chambers, expanding fast-track, commercial and family courts and Lok Adalats, providing smart libraries and facilities for lawyers and staff, and launching dedicated fellowships for law graduates from SC, ST, EWS and OBC communities.
