Our Assessment
The e-Courts Mission Mode Project Phase III (approved in 2023 with an outlay of about Rs 7,210 crore for 2023-2027) is being implemented to digitise court records, expand digital and paperless courts, virtual hearings, e-filing, the National Judicial Data Grid and online access to case information. Digitisation and online access are expanding significantly, with full completion still in progress. Partial (strong action).
