Our Assessment

The 2025 EMRS list shows four functional EMRS in Uttarakhand, including Chakrata under the new scheme, but I did not verify three new post-2022 EMRS established due to this promise. EMRS capacity exists and one recent/new-scheme entry is visible, but the promised three new EMRS in underserved areas is not fully evidenced. Budget: EMRS central funding exists nationally; no three-school Uttarakhand allocation isolated.
