Free coaching for disadvantaged students exists, including Dr. Ambedkar Centre of Excellence at HNB Garhwal University and Uttarakhand social-welfare coaching processes, but I did not verify district-wise Siddhi Centres with free accommodation and meals. The coaching objective is partly met, but the promised residential district-centre network is not verified. Budget: Free-coaching support exists; no Siddhi Centre district-wise accommodation/meals allocation found.
