Women SHG livelihood and e-commerce/marketing support has grown through initiatives such as House of Himalayas and SHG enterprise promotion, but I did not verify a border-region women-only e-commerce training programme. The market-access objective is partly met for women/SHG products, but the promised border-region training target is not fully verified. Budget: SHG/livelihood support exists; no border-women e-commerce training allocation isolated.
