PM-WANI and BharatNet expansion are verified nationally, but I did not verify PM-WANI Wi-Fi facilities in every Uttarakhand village. The enabling scheme exists and hotspot rollout is progressing, but universal state village coverage is not evidenced. Budget: PM-WANI/BharatNet national support exists; no Uttarakhand every-village rollout budget isolated.
