The state has updated illegal mining/transport/storage rules and uses e-Ravanna/Khanij Mitra systems, but fair-mining outcomes are not fully auditable from available evidence. Regulatory and digital enforcement mechanisms are present, but strict statewide implementation cannot be treated as fully delivered without outcome evidence. Budget: Digital mining administration systems exist; enforcement budget not isolated.
