Central bulk-drug-park support exists nationally, but I did not find Uttarakhand selected for or establishing a bulk drug park. The promise wording says ‘make efforts’, but even effort-level evidence for an approved Uttarakhand park was not verified. Budget: No Uttarakhand bulk-drug-park allocation found.
