Upgrade four universities and set up new integrated universities in three districts

The declaration promised upgrading Palamuru, Telangana, Mahatma Gandhi and Satavahana universities into integrated universities and establishing new integrated universities in Adilabad, Khammam and Medak. Integrated five-year undergraduate-to-postgraduate programmes have been introduced from 2026 at several state universities, including some of those named, through the state's degree admissions process, which partially advances the integrated-education intent.
