Provide electric scooters to young women pursuing education

The declaration promised electric scooters to all young women above 18 years of age who are pursuing education. As of March 2026 the Chief Minister described an electric-scooter scheme for female college students as being under feasibility review, and no approved-source evidence was found that a universal scheme delivering scooters to eligible women students has been launched. A separate minorities electric-scooter subsidy operated by the Telangana Minorities Finance Corporation exists, but it targets minority youth for livelihood or gig work with a beneficiary cost share and is not the promised universal benefit for women students, so it is not credited toward this promise. Absent delivery of the promised scheme, the verdict is pending. Budget: no approved-source allocation for the promised women-students scooter scheme was found.
