Establish Padmini, Kali Bai and Amrita Devi women RAC battalions

The manifesto promised three women police battalions under the RAC named Padmini, Kali Bai and Amrita Devi. The July 2024 Modified Budget formally announced establishment of all three battalions and provision of basic facilities. Rajasthan Police subsequently listed separate 2025 constable recruitment results for Amrita Devi Battalion, Kali Bai Battalion and Padmini Battalion, showing that each named unit had moved beyond announcement into staffing. Because the commitment was to start the three battalions rather than achieve a specified final force strength, the institutional and recruitment evidence satisfies the promise. Budget: The Modified Budget provided for 5,500 new police posts and basic facilities for the three battalions, and official recruitment confirms sanctioned staffing; no battalion-specific rupee outlay or utilisation figure was found.
