The manifesto promised new pomegranate-processing clusters across the Barmer, Jalore and Jodhpur pomegranate belt. The July 2024 Modified Budget proposed a pomegranate processing plant at Balotra with private-sector participation, but this is not verified as an operating cluster and does not cover all three promised districts. No approved post-election source was found showing that new clusters are operational in the promised belt. Budget: No approved outlay, sanction or utilisation evidence specifically for new pomegranate clusters in Barmer, Jalore and Jodhpur was found.
