The manifesto promised annual PM-KISAN-linked assistance of Rs 12,000 per farmer family. Rajasthan first added a state top-up and the 2025-26 Budget recorded combined assistance of Rs 9,000 per year, while the 2026-27 Output-Outcome Budget shows more than 70 lakh farmer families covered under CM-Kisan Samman Nidhi. This is substantial delivery to the intended beneficiary group, but the verified annual amount remains Rs 3,000 below the promise. Budget: The 2026-27 Output-Outcome Budget records Rs 1,352.03 crore in achievement and a Rs 1,973.83 crore state outlay for CM-Kisan Samman Nidhi.
