“हम लाडो प्रोत्साहन योजना के अंतर्गत सभी गरीब परिवारों की बालिकाओं के जन्म पर सेविंग बॉन्ड प्रदान करके कक्षा 6 में ₹6,000, कक्षा 9 में ₹8,000, कक्षा 10 में ₹10,000, कक्षा 11 में ₹12,000, कक्षा 12 में ₹14,000, व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम के पहले एवं अंतिम वर्ष में ₹50,000, 21 वर्ष की उम्र में ₹1 लाख की मुश्त राशि प्रदान करेंगे।”
The manifesto promised a milestone-linked saving bond for girls from poor families, including payments during school, vocational education and a Rs 1 lakh lump sum at age 21. Rajasthan implemented Lado Protsahan Yojana from 1 August 2024 for eligible Rajasthan-born girls through seven milestone-linked instalments. The official 2025-26 Economic Review records assistance of Rs 1.50 lakh per girl, 3.27 lakh beneficiaries and Rs 217.63 crore utilised up to December 2025. This is substantial delivery under the same scheme name, but the verified Rs 1.50 lakh package does not fully match the manifesto payment schedule and scale. Budget: The 2026-27 Budget provides Rs 320 crore from the State Fund, and Rs 217.63 crore of the 2025-26 provision had been utilised by December 2025.
