The manifesto promised an operational Rajasthan arrangement to procure jowar and bajra at MSP. The Union government has notified current MSPs for both crops, but an MSP notification by itself does not prove that Rajasthan opened procurement centres, fixed state purchase targets or bought the crops. No approved Rajasthan source was found showing a post-election state procurement arrangement or actual procurement for both jowar and bajra. Budget: No Rajasthan budget allocation, sanction or utilisation evidence specifically mapped to jowar and bajra procurement was found.
The Union government notified 2026-27 MSPs of Rs 4,023 per quintal for hybrid jowar, Rs 4,073 for Maldandi jowar and Rs 2,900 for bajra; no Rajasthan procurement arrangement was verified.
