₹1,000 per month to every woman aged 18 and above

Not delivered for nearly four years and repeatedly raised by the Opposition. The scheme (Mukh Mantri Mawan Dheeyan Satkar Yojana) was announced in the 2026-27 Budget with a ₹9,300 crore outlay, launched on 14 April 2026, and beneficiary cards began being issued. The Chief Minister announced that monthly payments (₹1,000 general / ₹1,500 for SC women) would begin from 1 July 2026 for about 52 lakh women (around 51% of adult women). Disbursement had not yet begun as of June 2026.
