Sports complex in every district

The manifesto promised a sports complex in every district under a One District One Sports Complex programme. The Madhya Pradesh Sports and Youth Welfare Department lists extensive existing sports infrastructure, including state sports complexes, district sports complexes and sports training centres across many districts, and also lists approved or under-construction sports projects. The Chief Minister later announced sports stadiums in all districts under the One District One Sports Complex initiative, and reporting stated that 114 sports infrastructures had been constructed while 30 more were under construction. This shows real state-side activity, but it does not verify a completed sports complex in every district. The verdict is partial because delivery is meaningful but universal district coverage is not proven.
