The manifesto listed Runj Medium Irrigation Project and Majhgawan Medium Irrigation Project in Panna. Technical material for Majhgawan confirms the irrigation-project concept, and Economic Times infrastructure reporting in July 2026 said the Madhya Pradesh cabinet approved additional rehabilitation and resettlement support for families affected by Ken-Betwa, Runj and Majhgawan irrigation projects in Panna district. R and R approval is a real implementation milestone, especially for water projects affected by land and displacement issues. However, no approved-source evidence was found that both projects have been completed or have begun full irrigation delivery. The verdict is on_track. Budget: Rs 202.50 crore additional R and R support was reported for a package including Runj and Majhgawan, but utilisation was not found.
