The manifesto promised Madhya Pradesh’s first women’s university, named Rani Laxmi Bai University, to increase girls’ higher-education enrolment. Approved sources found in this pass show existing scholarship portals and schemes for girls, but no act, ordinance, cabinet decision, university website, admissions notification or budget evidence for a Rani Laxmi Bai Women’s University in Madhya Pradesh.
