Complete Namami Narmade and river-ghat projects

The manifesto promised completion of Namami Narmade projects and renovation and beautification of ghats on sacred rivers including Narmada, Tapti and Kshipra. Approved sources show real movement on the Kshipra side: Times of India reported a 35 km Simhastha ghat plan and a Rs 416 crore river-rejuvenation project, while an NGT joint-committee report refers to proposed parallel ghats along both banks of the Kshipra River. These are meaningful riverfront and river-cleaning works, especially for Simhastha 2028. However, no approved-source evidence was found that Namami Narmade projects have been completed or that Narmada, Tapti and Kshipra ghat works are all delivered. The verdict is partial because Kshipra-linked delivery is visible but the wider multi-river promise remains incomplete. Budget: Rs 416 crore Kshipra-linked river rejuvenation was reported, but no complete allocation and utilisation for all promised river projects was found.
