The manifesto listed Bahoriband micro-irrigation project in Katni. The Madhya Pradesh eProcurement system carried a June 2024 tender for construction, operation and maintenance of the Bahoriband Micro Lift Irrigation Project at Sleemanabad, Katni, with a tender value of about Rs 836.05 crore and a five-year work period. A government tender is a concrete implementation step after the manifesto. However, a tender is not construction completion or water delivery.
