Diaspora engagement continues through institutional platforms (Pravasi Bharatiya Divas, the OCI framework, diaspora outreach during the Prime Minister’s overseas visits) and crisis support to nationals abroad via evacuation/assistance operations (e.g. Operation Ganga from Ukraine and Operation Kaveri from Sudan). As an open-ended commitment to "fortify connection" and provide support in times of need, it is being pursued continuously rather than completed. Partial (ongoing).
We will continue forming and leading alliances of like-minded partners in areas of mutual interest such as the International Solar Alliance, the Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure, the One Future Alliance, the Global Biofuels Alliance and the Big Cat Alliance.
We will further expand the network of our missions and diplomats to pursue the global interests that have been secured by Bharat’s unprecedented rise in the global order.
In our endeavour to secure mineral resources for Bharat, we will work to establish collaborative partnerships across the globe. Through these partnerships, we will integrate ourselves in global supply chains, and develop mining, processing and related technologies while prioritising sustainable development practices.
