Introduce the Amrit Kaal Civil Aviation Master Plan

The promise was to introduce an Amrit Kaal Civil Aviation Master Plan for regional international hubs and single-point worldwide connectivity. I found related official action, including the Wings India 2024 theme of Connecting India to the World in Amrit Kaal and the June 2026 launch of the first Easy Connect flight under a hub-and-spoke model from Varanasi. The Easy Connect release says the hub-and-spoke strategy aims to make India the aviation hub of choice for Indian passengers by 2030 and for the world by 2047, and that more such operations from Tier-II and Tier-III airports are planned. However, I did not find an officially notified or published document named Amrit Kaal Civil Aviation Master Plan or an equivalent comprehensive master plan covering designated regional hubs worldwide. Therefore the promise remains pending despite related hub-and-spoke implementation steps. Budget: no direct budget allocation or utilisation evidence for a specific Amrit Kaal Civil Aviation Master Plan was found.
