Our Assessment

GTU documents foreign university partnerships and its International Experience Program, which predates this manifesto. A November 2025 IIT Gandhinagar semester-exchange circular provides a further academic exchange route. IIT Gandhinagar also hosted a completed Yuva Sangam visit in December 2024, primarily a cultural exchange. These routes deliver parts of the intended collaboration, but do not establish a newly introduced statewide academic-and-skills exchange programme or current participation across universities.
