Our Assessment
Kaushalya Skill University's October 2025 report records 31 affiliated partners, 657 degree/diploma completers and 12,001 short-course trainees since its first session in July 2022. This demonstrates training delivery. Those broad university totals include a pre-election starting period and do not establish a residential hub in every district or ten lakh youth trained through that hub network. They are therefore not placed on a percentage bar against the manifesto target.
