What does this status mean?
The term is active and there is no evidence of action or reversal.
Status describes delivery. Confidence describes how strong the available evidence is.
Original manifesto wording
“We will launch a Mentorship Tie-Up Mission, allowing renowned institutes such as IIT, IIM, IISER, NID, CEPT and others to provide mentorship to state educational institutions.”
Our Assessment
CEPT publishes an institutional mentorship programme that began in 2021, but the named partner institutions on the reviewed page are outside Gujarat. KCG's quality-assurance and mentoring activities provide further background. Neither verifies the promised state tie-up mission or completed mentorship of Gujarat state institutions by the named premier institutes. General government advisory MoUs or student-startup mentoring do not automatically meet institutional teaching and governance mentorship.
The reasoning behind the verdict
Why this assessment?
Reviewed
01 · Delivery status
Why pending?
A matching mission or verified Gujarat institutional mentorship partnerships remain unconfirmed.
02 · Strength of evidence
Why low confidence?
The manifesto is clear; matching implementation records remain limited. Pending denotes an evidence gap, not proven inactivity.
