Our Assessment

The NSDC–PDEU Centre of Excellence opened in Gandhinagar in April 2025, with semiconductor training already underway and courses in energy and smart manufacturing. KSU also reports industry-affiliated training. These deliver the intended link between employers and practical skills through partnership models. They do not yet establish the full state PPP-centre network, contractual responsibilities or a measured reconciliation of industry demand with graduates and placements.
