Our Assessment
Gujarat PM POSHAN reviews document meal testing and a limited millet serving initiative, and the state review records fortified rice distribution. Modern centralised NGO kitchens also operate. These substantiate parts of the nutrition and quality agenda. They do not establish the promised SHG-operated modern kitchen network, regular millet coverage or consistent statewide inspection performance. The component entries retain these separate evidence gaps.
