Our Assessment
PIB documented operating Agniveer preparation for about 150 tribal youths at Pethapur's Raksha Shakti School in December 2023, jointly organised by Gujarat's Tribal Development Department and RRU. Training for another 300 youths was sanctioned, which is not evidence of completed training. This delivers part of the preparatory objective. No verified inventory establishes the programme and infrastructure in every higher secondary school, or statewide participation and recruitment outcomes.
