What does this status mean?
Meaningful delivery has occurred, but the stated commitment is incomplete.
Status describes delivery. Confidence describes how strong the available evidence is.
Original manifesto wording
“We will set up 4 Raksha Shakti Schools across zones to encourage more girls to join the Armed and Police forces.”
Our Assessment
The CET residential-school list for 2026–27 identifies two girls' Raksha Shakti Schools: Ganpat Vidhyanagar in Mehsana and Chalala in Amreli. Both were also listed in 2025. This is substantive provision for girls, but it does not verify four schools across the promised zones. Boys-only schools in the wider network are not counted toward this girls-focused commitment. The progress figure is the two named girls' schools verified in the admission lists, not a claim that only two exist.
The reasoning behind the verdict
Why this assessment?
Reviewed
01 · Delivery status
Why partially done?
Two named girls' schools are verified; four-zone delivery is not established.
02 · Strength of evidence
Why medium confidence?
Relevant delivery evidence exists, but complete scope, coverage or independent verification remains limited.
What would help us reassess?
The documents that could clarify delivery of this commitment.
- A reconciled list of all operating girls-accessible Raksha Shakti Schools
- Enrolment and commissioning records for the remaining zones
