Our Assessment

Gujarat's 2026 Assembly address reports current-term removal of land encroachments. Those enforcement results do not identify a task force in every district or demonstrate use of LiDAR for the promised purpose. General land surveys, GIS projects, drone surveys and removal drives cannot automatically establish this specific institutional and technology commitment. No district-wise constituting orders, LiDAR survey contracts or resulting encroachment checks were verified in the reviewed records.
