Our Assessment
The Delhi Budget 2025-26 introduced a PM Kisan Samman Nidhi state top-up of ₹3,000 per year (three ₹1,000 installments) on top of the central ₹6,000, taking eligible Delhi farmers to ₹9,000 annually (DD News).
