“We will ensure the 100% registration of all eligible farmers in Delhi under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana and increase the annual assistance from ₹6,000 to ₹9,000.”
The Delhi Budget 2025-26 introduced a PM Kisan Samman Nidhi state top-up of ₹3,000 per year (three ₹1,000 installments) on top of the central ₹6,000, taking eligible Delhi farmers to ₹9,000 annually (DD News). To ensure the protection of cows, we will establish a Gaushala Board for the operation and maintenance of cow shelters, set up a Gaushala Welfare Fund for fodder, medicines and additional shelters, and provide financial assistance for setting up micro dairies based on Indian cow breeds.
We will issue health cards for milch animals under the Nakul Swasthya Patra Yojana, providing them with health insurance and regular health check-ups.
