“We will start shuttle services, including e-rickshaws and e-bikes, to connect JJ cluster residents with metro stations, bus stops, etc. We will provide access to these services to women on priority.”
The Delhi government has expanded last-mile connectivity generally, including 400 DEVI electric feeder buses flagged off in May 2025 (with a stated 2,000+ target) and DMRC e-autos/e-rickshaws that include women-reserved permits. However, a JJ-cluster-specific shuttle service of e-rickshaws and e-bikes with priority access for women, as committed, has not been separately verified as of June 2026.
