Our Assessment

Seven new super-speciality hospitals were announced in July 2025, and an AIIMS-style integration of GTB Hospital, Delhi State Cancer Institute and Rajiv Gandhi Super Speciality Hospital was proposed in March 2026. The specific commitment of one super-speciality hospital in every district is in progress.
