Free water supply to all citizens

Partial / unclear. Delhi has a limited free-water lifeline (up to a monthly cap) that predates this government. Under the BJP government the visible action has been on billing reform — a city-wide e-KYC drive for ~35 lakh consumers and a late-payment-surcharge waiver scheme with colony camps — rather than a new universal "free water to all citizens" scheme.
