Rationalise circle rates with a time-bound review

The government has moved to rationalise and revise Delhi’s circle rates — unchanged for roughly 17 years — with proposals reported in December 2025 for market-aligned valuations, a restructured category system and steep revisions (including a large hike for agricultural land), alongside DDA reserve-price rationalisation tied to redevelopment. As of the research date these were proposals heading toward approval rather than a notified revision. Marked partial.
