The Delhi SC/ST/OBC welfare department continues to run its pre-existing scholarships (pre/post-matric, merit scholarships of ₹8,000–24,000, and the separate Dr B.R. Ambedkar State Topper Award of ₹25,000), which are distinct from this monthly stipend. Marked pending.
