Being delivered. PMGKAY is a fully central-funded scheme providing free foodgrains, which the Union Cabinet extended for five years (1 January 2024 to December 2028). Delhi distributes it through roughly 2,000 fair-price shops to its NFSA beneficiary base of about 72–75 lakh people, so the "continue free ration to 75 lakh for 5 years" commitment is operational as a continuation of the central scheme.
