“We will ensure the 100% registration of all eligible farmers in Delhi under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana and increase the annual assistance from ₹6,000 to ₹9,000.”
No state top-up notified. The promise has two parts — 100% registration of eligible Delhi farmers under the central PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, and a state top-up raising annual support from ₹6,000 to ₹9,000 (an extra ₹3,000 from Delhi). As of the research date there is no notification of a Delhi ₹3,000 top-up, and no confirmation of a completed 100% registration drive; the central ₹6,000 (three ₹2,000 instalments) continues. This is a low-salience promise given Delhi’s small agricultural base. Marked pending. SOURCING NOTE: thin — worth a Delhi Development/Agriculture Department notification check before publishing.

To ensure the protection of cows, we will establish a Gaushala Board for the operation and maintenance of cow shelters, set up a Gaushala Welfare Fund for fodder, medicines and additional shelters, and provide financial assistance for setting up micro dairies based on Indian cow breeds.
We will issue health cards for milch animals under the Nakul Swasthya Patra Yojana, providing them with health insurance and regular health check-ups.
