The Aam Aadmi Party guarantees continuation and expansion of free electricity up to 200 units per month for every household in Delhi. Families consuming up to 400 units will receive a 50% subsidy. No Delhiite will face power cuts or inflated electricity bills under AAP governance.
AAP commits to establishing Mohalla Clinics in every municipal ward of Delhi, providing free primary healthcare, diagnostics, and medicines within walking distance of every resident. We will increase the total number of Mohalla Clinics to 1,500 and add specialist consultation services.
AAP will continue its transformation of Delhi government schools into world-class educational institutions. Every government school will have smart classrooms, fully equipped science and computer labs, sports infrastructure, and trained counsellors. We will achieve 100% pass rate and increase board exam toppers from government schools.
AAP guarantees that the Yamuna river will be cleaned and made fit for bathing by 2025. Through interceptor sewage treatment plants, new STPs with 900 MGD capacity, industrial effluent regulation, and rejuvenation of Yamuna floodplains, Delhiites will see a clean, flowing river.
AAP will install CCTV cameras in every residential neighbourhood, market, and public space across Delhi. A total of 5 lakh cameras will be installed with a centralized monitoring system accessible to local police stations and RWAs, making Delhi one of the most surveilled and safe cities in the world.
