Tehri PSP has entered commercial operation for Units 1, 2 and 3, while commissioning of Unit 4 was still under progress in THDC commercial disclosures. Most of the 1,000 MW project has progressed to commercial operation, but full completion was not verified. Budget: Later cost reporting around ₹8,339 crore; manifesto listed ₹4,825.6 crore.
We will ensure the completion of all major energy infrastructure projects in the state in a time bound manner to increase the total power generation capacity of the state to 6,000 MW.
We will construct the “Kotli Bhel” hydro electric project to increase the electricity generation capacity of the state.
