Aroma-sector promotion is active: Uttarakhand has an Aroma Park Policy, Invest Uttarakhand tender/advertisement material identifies Aroma Park plots at Kashipur, and TOI reported the 2026-36 Aroma Revolution Policy with a large budget and aroma valleys.
