Our Assessment
ULDB confirms a Badri Conservation Program at Animal Breeding Farm, Nariyalgaon, Champawat, and AHD directory pages list state animal-breeding farms. This supports the Badri-cow promotion objective, but I did not verify newly established special cattle-breeding centres after the 2022 manifesto. Budget status: breeding-farm infrastructure exists, no new-centre allocation found.
