Our Assessment

The promise was to establish a dedicated Agriculture Welfare Board to resolve farmer issues across the state. I found no approved-source evidence that such a board has been constituted after the 2022 manifesto. The ordinary Agriculture Department and existing agriculture schemes are not the same as a newly established farmer-issue resolution board. Budget status: no board-specific allocation found.
